Thank you for your interest in Obvi's TikTok Shop Reward Campaign! This document outlines the official terms and conditions for this special promotional event.

Campaign Overview

The Obvi July TikTok Shop Reward Campaign is a limited-time incentive program designed to reward creators and affiliates for driving organic sales through TikTok Shop during the month of July 2025. Participants can unlock exclusive rewards based on their total GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).

Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Have an active TikTok Shop Affiliate Cccount

• Be a member of the Obvi Creator Community via www.myobvi.com/discord

• Agree to and comply with these campaign-specific terms and conditions

Important Campaign Terms

• Campaign Period: July 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025 (11:59 PM PST)

• Organic Sales Only: Only non-boosted (organic) GMV qualifies. Any GMV from Obvi-paid Spark Ads does not count toward reward tiers.

• Multiple Accounts Rule: GMV across multiple accounts may be combined, provided all accounts are owned and operated by the same creator.

• Stacked Prizes Rule: Prizes and rewards can be stacked if the GMV thresholds are met.

• Final Determination: Obvi reserves the right to determine final GMV and eligibility at its sole discretion.

• Video Requirement: To qualify, creators must post at least 15 new videos featuring Obvi products on TikTok during the campaign period.

Campaign Rules

• All sales must be generated through your unique TikTok Shop affiliate link.

• Sales must be for Obvi products only.

• Any returns, refunds, or canceled orders will be deducted from your total GMV.

• All content must follow TikTok’s Community Guidelines and FTC disclosure requirements.

• Any attempt to artificially inflate sales — including self-purchases or fraudulent behavior — will result in disqualification.

• Final reward eligibility is based on confirmed GMV totals at the close of the campaign.

Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid directly through the TikTok Shop affiliate platform.

• Rewards (including physical goods or cash equivalents) will be distributed within 30 business days of the campaign’s conclusion.

• Participants must have accurate payment details on file with TikTok.

• Taxes: All taxes associated with rewards, prizes, or commissions are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Content Guidelines

• Only use approved product claims and Obvi messaging (found on Obvi's TikTok Shop)

• Do not make medical, disease-related, or unverified claims about Obvi products

• Clearly disclose all affiliate relationships in your videos (e.g., “#ad”, “#affiliate”)

Termination or Modification

Obvi reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the campaign at any time based on unforeseen circumstances or platform changes. Any updates will be communicated via Discord and/or email.
