Tiramisu Cups


Serves 2



8oz mascarpone cheese

¼ cup milk or cream of choice

1-2 scoops Obvi Collagen Caramel Macchiato Flavor

4 ladyfingers (hard cookies)

1 cup brewed espresso, cooled

Cocoa powder, for dusting



In a stand mixer, whisk mascarpone cheese, milk and Obvi together until creamy and smooth. Add more milk if too thick. Set aside. Brew espresso and place in a shallow bowl and allow to cool to room temperature. Cut ladyfingers into thirds. In each cup, start by piping some of the cheese mixture into the bottom. Add your cookies to the espresso, about 2 seconds each side then remove (you don’t want it to get too soggy). Place a few on top of your cheese layer. Repeat this process, ending with the cheese layer. Dust with cocoa. Place in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
