S'mores Protein Balls

Ingredients: 1 cup oats1/2 cup creamy peanut butter1/2 cup honey1/2 cup dark chocolate chips1 scoop S'mores Super Collagen Protein Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly blended. Scoop out blended ingredients using a spoon. Once scooped, use hands to roll ingredients into a ball. Place into a container. Repeat until all blended ingredients are used. Place the protein balls into a container and freeze for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, place container in refrigerator to store. Enjoy!

Bake at 325 degrees for about 18-22 minutes or until the filling hassettled.9. While your cheesecake bites are baking let's start on your sauce. In asaucepan over medium heat, add your cut strawberries, sugar, and lemonjuice.10. Stir occasionally and let boil for about 5-8 minutes until the strawberriesstart to soften and release their juices.11. Once your sauce has come to a boil reduce the heat to low medium andlet your sauce thicken. Stir occasionally. About 15-20 minutes.12. When your sauce has thickened, place your sauce into a jar, cover ittightly, and let chill in the fridge.13. Your cheesecake bites should chill for about 4 hours before serving.Place a tablespoon of your sauce on each mini cheesecake beforeserving and enjoy!

Ingredients 3 Scoops Vanilla Latte Super Collagen Protein by Obvi 1 ½ Cups Heavy Whipping Cream 8 oz Mascarpone cheese, room temperature 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract ⅓ Cup Granulated Sugar 1 ½ Cups Espresso, chilled 3 Tablespoons Coffee liqueur (Kahlua or your preference) 1 Pack Lady Fingers Cocoa Powder Instructions Start by brewing your Espresso and placing it into the fridge to cool down while you are mixing up the rest of your ingredients. Add your Heavy Whipping Cream to a stand mixer or large mixing bowl. Mix on Medium Speed with an electric mixer. Otherwise, it’s time for a quick arm workout! Slowly add Granulated Sugar and Vanilla Extract to the bowl and continue to beat until stiff peaks start to form. Add mascarpone cheese, fold gently until combined, and set aside. Place 3 scoops of Obvi’s Vanilla Latte Collagen into a glass and pour your chilled espresso in. Froth it well. In a new shallow bowl, add your Vanilla Latte espresso and your choice of coffee liqueur. Begin by dipping the ladyfingers in your coffee mixture, making sure to cover both sides. (It is very important that you DO NOT SOAK THEM. They will crumble and turn into mush if too moist.) Lay a single layer on the bottom of an 8X8 pan. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oil and honey or maple syrup and beat together with a whisk. Add the eggs and beat well, then add the yogurt and vanilla. Mix well. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix with a big spoon. In a small bowl, toss the blueberries with the remaining 1 teaspoon flour (this helps prevent the blueberries from sinking to the bottom). Gently fold the blueberries into the batter. Divide the batter evenly between the 12 muffin cups. Bake the muffins for 16 to 19 minutes, or until the muffins are golden on top! Enjoy!
