Peanut Butter Granola

Serves: 12


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl mix oats, peanuts, peanut butter and oil until evenly combined. Stir in chia seeds, cinnamon and collagen protein powder and mix until incorporated. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 mins mixing half way through. Allow granola to fully cook down before adding dried cranberries.


  • 2 cups rolled oats 
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter 
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries 
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds 
  • 1 teaspoons cinnamon
