INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups all-purpose or whole wheat flour
2-4 scoops Obvi Collagen Protein Powder Entenmann’s Chocolate Chip Cookie
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
2 eggs
½ cup mashed ripe bananas
1 ¼ cup milk of choice
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Walnuts, optional for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, whisk flour, collagen powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, bananas, milk, honey and melted butter. Pour wet ingredients in with the dry until no lumps remain.
Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat. Scoop batter in ¼ cup heaps then sprinkle the top with chocolate chips. Once bubbles arise to the surface, flip to the other side. Cook until both sides are golden brown. Serve with extra banana slices, chocolate chips and walnuts. Drizzle with syrup.
