Key Lime Pie Parfaits

Makes 2



4 sheets graham cracker

1 tbsp coconut oil

4 oz cream cheese, softened

4 oz nonfat Greek yogurt

4 tbsp condensed milk or sweetener of choice

4 tbsp honey

6 key limes, juiced

2 scoops Obvi Collagen Protein Powder, Key Lime Pie Flavor

Whipped cream, optional

Lime zest, for garnish



In a food processor, pulse graham crackers together to make fine crumbs. Pour in coconut oil and pulse again. Pour half of the graham cracker filling into two cups and lightly press down. In a large bowl, whisk together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, condensed milk, honey, lime juice and Obvi Collagen Powder. Mix until smooth (you can also use a hand mixer or stand mixer). Add half of the key lime filling to your two cups, then repeat with the graham cracker layer then filling again. Top with whipped cream, lime wedge and lime zest. Enjoy!
