Cloud Bread

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs, separated

3 tbsp cream cheese of choice

1 tbsp baking powder

1 scoop Obvi Collagen Powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350F. Place egg yolks in a large bowl and whisk until mixed. Stir in cream cheese, baking powder and Obvi until incorporated. Place the egg whites in a bowl with a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold in egg whites into the yolk mixture. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a spoon to place batter into circles on parchment paper. Bake for 16 minutes or until fluffy and golden.
