Chocolate Chip Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients: 1 cup oats1/2 cup creamy peanut butter1/2 cup honey1/2 cup dark chocolate chips1 scoop S'mores Super Collagen Protein   Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly blended. Scoop out blended ingredients using a spoon. Once scooped, use hands to roll ingredients into a ball. Place into a container. Repeat until all blended ingredients are used. Place the protein balls into a container and freeze for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, place container in refrigerator to store. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 large frozen ripe banana 1 orange, peeled, seeded, and sliced 1/2 cup whole milk Greek yogurt 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/3 cup canned coconut milk 1/4 cup orange juice 1 scoop Orange Vanilla Super Collagen Protein Instructions:  Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender. Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Add a bit more coconut milk if needed.

Ingredients: 1. The crust● 1 cup of Graham cracker crumbs● 3 tablespoons of melted butter● 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar● 3 tablespoons of Obvi’s Strawberry Vanilla Collagen Protein2. The filling■ 16 ounces of room-temperature cream cheese■ 1⁄3 cup of sour cream■ 1⁄3 cup of granulated sugar■ 3 scoops of Obvi’s Strawberry Vanilla Collagen Protein■ 2 eggs■ 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract3. The strawberry sauce■ 1 pack of Strawberries sliced or 2 1⁄3 cups of frozen strawberries■ 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice■ 1⁄3 cups of granulated sugar   Instructions: 1. Scoop one cup of Graham cracker crumbs into a bowl. Mix in thegranulated sugar, Obvi’s Strawberry Vanilla Collagen Protein, and themelted butter into the bowl. Mix until everything is combined.2. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and line your cupcake tin with cupcakeliners.3. Scoop about a tablespoon of the crust mixture into each cupcake linerand press together firmly.4. Let your crusts bake for 5-8 minutes then set aside to cool.5. In a stand mixer, add your softened cream cheese with your sour creamlightly. Then toss in your granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and Obvi’sStrawberry Vanilla Collagen Protein.6. Once your filling has been mixed evenly crack in your two eggs and foldin until everything is smooth.7. Now it's time to evenly distribute your cheesecake filling into your tins.These do tend to rise so make sure you are leaving just enough space forthem not to overflow... about a heaping tablespoon for each cavity.8. Bake at 325 degrees for about 18-22 minutes or until the filling hassettled.9. While your cheesecake bites are baking let's start on your sauce. In asaucepan over medium heat, add your cut strawberries, sugar, and lemonjuice.10. Stir occasionally and let boil for about 5-8 minutes until the strawberriesstart to soften and release their juices.11. Once your sauce has come to a boil reduce the heat to low medium andlet your sauce thicken. Stir occasionally. About 15-20 minutes.12. When your sauce has thickened, place your sauce into a jar, cover ittightly, and let chill in the fridge.13. Your cheesecake bites should chill for about 4 hours before serving.Place a tablespoon of your sauce on each mini cheesecake beforeserving and enjoy!

Ingredients  3 Scoops Vanilla Latte Super Collagen Protein by Obvi 1 ½ Cups Heavy Whipping Cream  8 oz Mascarpone cheese, room temperature 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract  ⅓ Cup Granulated Sugar  1 ½ Cups Espresso, chilled  3 Tablespoons Coffee liqueur (Kahlua or your preference) 1 Pack Lady Fingers  Cocoa Powder  Instructions  Start by brewing your Espresso and placing it into the fridge to cool down while you are mixing up the rest of your ingredients.  Add your Heavy Whipping Cream to a stand mixer or large mixing bowl. Mix on Medium Speed with an electric mixer. Otherwise, it’s time for a quick arm workout!  Slowly add Granulated Sugar and Vanilla Extract to the bowl and continue to beat until stiff peaks start to form. Add mascarpone cheese, fold gently until combined, and set aside.  Place 3 scoops of Obvi’s Vanilla Latte Collagen into a glass and pour your chilled espresso in. Froth it well.  In a new shallow bowl, add your Vanilla Latte espresso and your choice of coffee liqueur. Begin by dipping the ladyfingers in your coffee mixture, making sure to cover both sides. (It is very important that you DO NOT SOAK THEM. They will crumble and turn into mush if too moist.) Lay a single layer on the bottom of an 8X8 pan.  Spread half of your mascarpone mixture over the first layer of ladyfingers. Repeat step 4 for a second layer. Smooth over all the remaining mascarpone over the top.  Use a sifter to generously dust Cocoa Powder over the top. Refrigerate overnight before serving.

Ingredients: 1 ¾ cups plus 1 teaspoon white whole wheat flour or regular whole wheat flour 1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt 1 Scoop Obvi's Blueberry Muffin Super Collagen Protein ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional) ⅓ cup melted coconut oil or extra-virgin olive oil ½ cup honey or maple syrup 2 eggs 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup (6 ounces) blueberries   Instructions:  Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. If necessary, grease all 12 cups on your muffin tin with coconut oil or cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 ¾ cups of the flour with the baking powder, baking soda, Super Collagen Protein Blueberry Muffin, salt and cinnamon. Mix them together with a whisk. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oil and honey or maple syrup and beat together with a whisk. Add the eggs and beat well, then add the yogurt and vanilla. Mix well. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix with a big spoon. In a small bowl, toss the blueberries with the remaining 1 teaspoon flour (this helps prevent the blueberries from sinking to the bottom). Gently fold the blueberries into the batter. Divide the batter evenly between the 12 muffin cups. Bake the muffins for 16 to 19 minutes, or until the muffins are golden on top! Enjoy! 

Serves: 4 Instructions  I’m a large bowl mix oat, milk and Obvi Super Collagen Protein Powder. Mix to combine and place in fridge for at least 6 hours but preferably overnight.  To serve divide oats into 2 servings bowls and top with raspberries and shredded coconut. Ingredients  1 cup oats 1 1/2 cups milk  2 scoops Obvi Super Collagen Protein Powder, Cinna Cereal  1/2 cups raspberries  2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut   

Serves: 2 Instructions  In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy. Optional: Spread 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt along the inside walls of the glass before pouring smoothie. Ingredients  1 frozen banana  1 cup frozen cherries  1/4 frozen spinach  2 cups oat milk 2 scoops Obvi Super Collagen Protein Powder, Cocoa Cereal  Optional: 1/4 cup yogurt  

  Serves: 2 Instructions  In a bowl mix together flour, Obvi Super Collagen Protein Powder, baking powder and salt. In a large measuring cup mix together milk, eggs and melted butter. Pour liquid mixture over flour mixture and whisk until combined.  Pour batter into waffle iron and cook following your manufactures instructions. Top cooked waffles with maple syrup, nut butter and fruit. Ingredients  1 cup all-purpose flour 2 scoop Obvi Super Collagen Protein Powder, Peanut Butter Chocolate  1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk 2 large eggs 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil  Maple syrup, nut butter and banana for topping.
