Chocolate Baked Oats

Serves 2


  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup oats blended or 50 grams of oat flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • a pinch of kosher salt
  • 2 scoops Obvi Super Collagen Protein Powder, Cocoa Cereal
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • optional toppings: nut butter of choice, chocolate hazelnut spread, chopped nuts


Preheat your over to 350F. Place all your ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 second or until smooth. Pour the batter into two ramekins and mix in 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips into each dish. Bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before topping with nut butter or topping of choice.
