2 1/4 cup almond flour
1 scoop Obvi Protein Collagen Unflavored Powder
½ cup coconut sugar + 1 tbsp separated
½ cup coconut oil
2 tbsp almond butter
½ cup blueberries
1 pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8X8 baking dish with parchment paper. Mix almond flour, Obvi Collagen Powder, ½ coconut sugar, coconut oil, nut butter and salt with a fork until crumbly. Press down half of the crust in the baking dish in an even layer. Toss blueberries with 1 tbsp coconut sugar then pour over crust. Add rest of crumbly crust dough to the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Allow to cool for another 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
