Apple Pie Parfait with Cinna Cereal Flavor

INGREDIENTS:

2 tbsp butter

2 Granny Smith green apples, peeled and cubed

1 tsp ground cinnamon

¼ cup brown sugar

2 cups Greek Yogurt, unflavored

2 scoops Obvi Collagen Protein Cinna Cereal

1 cup honey granola

Coconut whipped cream dusted with cinnamon sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium low heat. Add apples, cinnamon and brown sugar. Cook until apples are softened. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. In a bowl, combine yogurt and collagen powder until mixed through. Fill two parfait cups with ¼ of the yogurt mixture, then sprinkle with granola, and apples. Repeat the process again ending with a dollop of coconut whipped cream sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!
