Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies (Gluten-Free!)

 

 

 

 

Makes 8-10 Cookies

 

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup coconut flour

1 pinch salt

1-2 scoops Obvi Super Collagen Protein, Entenmann’s Chocolate Chip

2 eggs

ÂĽ cup melted coconut oil or butter

ÂĽ cup chocolate chips

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 325F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a medium bowl and stir until batter thickens.  Once pliable, stir in chocolate chips. With clean hands, form batter into balls then flatten onto parchment paper. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until edges are golden brown.Â
