INGREDIENTS
1 egg
1/3 cup coconut oil
½ cup brown sugar
2 tsp espresso powder or instant coffee
2-3 scoops Obvi Collagen Protein Powder, Caramel Macchiato Flavor
1 tsp salt
ÂĽ cup cocoa powder
1 ÂĽ cup almond flour
½ cups chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk eggs with melted coconut oil and sugars in a large bowl. In a separate bowl whisk espresso powder with Obvi Collagen Powder, salt, cocoa powder and almond flour. Fold dry ingredients into wet then stir in ÂĽ cup chocolate chips. Chill dough for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll cookie dough into balls then add additional chocolate chips to the top. Bake for 15 minutes then let cool on a wire rack.
