Layered Berry Smoothie
 
Makes 2

 

INGREDIENTS

Blueberry layer:

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/3 frozen banana

 

½ cup canned coconut milk

1 tbsp honey

 

Dragon fruit layer:

1 cup frozen dragon fruit (or any tropical fruit i.e. pineapple, mango, etc.)

1/3 frozen banana

½ cup canned coconut milk

½ scoop Obvi Collagen Powder Fruity Cereal

 

Strawberry layer:

1 cup frozen strawberries 

1/3 frozen banana

½ cup canned coconut milk

½ scoop Obvi Collagen Powder Fruity Cereal

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend each layer in a blender starting with the blueberry layer. Spoon your mixture into two glasses then place in the freezer while you work on the next layer. Add additional coconut milk if needed or frozen fruit to get it a thick consistency. Spoon the dragon fruit layer onto the top of the blueberry layer and finish with the strawberry layer. Don’t fret if layers aren’t perfect it tastes delicious all mixed together!
