Homemade Fruit at the Bottom Yogurt Bowl
Makes 2 

INGREDIENTS

2 cups strawberries, tops removed and diced

1 tbsp sugar or sweetener of choice

1 tsp lemon juice

2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt

2 scoops Obvi Collagen Powder, Marshmallow Cereal Flavor

ÂĽ cup granola of choice

1 banana, sliced

Fresh strawberries

Honey

 

INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add strawberries and sweetener. Stir to mix and bring to a light simmer. Reduce heat to low and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes. Turn off heat and allow to come to room temperature.

 

In a medium bowl, add yogurt and collagen powder and mix. Scoop two spoonful’s of strawberry compote into two serving bowls. Top with yogurt mixture, banana slices, granola, strawberries and honey. Add more compote if desired. Serve!
