Cotton Candy Waffles

Serves 3-4

INGREDIENTS

3 ¼ cup all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour

2 scoops Obvi Collagen Protein Powder, Cotton Candy Flavor

2 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

2 ¼ cups milk

2 eggs

3 tbsp butter or coconut oil, melted

3 food coloring colors of choice

Spray oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the milk, eggs and melted butter (or coconut oil) and whisk until no lumps remain. Separate the batter into three quart size plastic bags. Add 4-5 drops food coloring to each bag, close it and using your hands mix it together from the outside of the bag until you get one cohesive color. Repeat for the rest of the bags/colors. Heat up mini waffle iron and spray with nonstick spray. Cut a small corner off each bag and pipe squiggly lines over your waffle iron, repeat with the rest of the colors. Close the top and cook just until batter is firm. You don’t want to overcook, or it will turn the colors brown. Serve with fresh fruit!

I would love if you would bring this flavor back. My last container is almost empty. This is my absolute favorite flavor!!

Do you even make this cotton candy protien anymore? I see alot of recipes with protiens that arent available. Either bring them back, or take off the recipes and give new ones. We all are spending good money on the product. It would be helpful to keep up with all the changes. Thanks you
