Cocoa Breakfast Bites

Makes 10

 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup raw cashews

1 cup medjool dates, pitted

ÂĽ quick oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp cinnamon

1 scoop Obvi Collagen and Protein Powder, Cocoa Cereal

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

ÂĽ tsp salt

1 tbsp coconut oil, optional

 

INSTRUCTIONS

In a food processor, pulse all the ingredients together until mixture is combined and no large pieces remain. Try pressing together with fingers to see if it sticks. If it is too dry, add a drizzle of coconut oil. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop out mixture then roll into balls with clean hands. Enjoy at room temperature or chilled!
