Chocolate Lovers Collagen Pudding
Collagen Chocolate Pudding
2 scoops Obvi Cocoa Cereal Super Collagen Protein
2½ tsp gelatin
⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup maple syrup
3½ tbsp cocoa powder
¾ tsp sea salt
1⅔ cup canned coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Add gelatin and coconut milk in a bowl and whisk with a fork until the clumps have dissolved.
In a small sauce pan, combine maple syrup, cocoa powder, salt, and coconut. Turn the stove to medium to low heat and whisk continuously until mixture is heated up and starts to bubble.
Sieve the milk mixture over the bowl of gelatin and whisk to combine. Then stir in vanilla extract.
Place the bowl in the fridge for 15-20 minutes, uncovered. Then place plastic wrap on the top and place in the refrigerator again for 3-4 hours to set.
Before serving, whip the pudding with a hand mixer to a creamy consistency.
