Apple Pie Oatmeal

Instructions 

In a small pot, added diced apples, water, maple syrup and cinnamon. Cook on low heat for 10 mins with the lid on, stirring occasionally. 

In a separate pot, mix oats, water, hemp seeds and cinnamon until oats are fully cooked. Cooking instructions can vary between brands so follow the cooking instructions on the package or use your preferred method of cooking. Once pats are fully cook stir in Obvi Super Collagen Protein Powder. Divide oatmeal into two bowls and top with stewed apples.

Stewed Apples

  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and diced 
  • 1/4 cup water 
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup 
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 

Oats

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 3/4 cups of water 
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 2 scoops  Obvi Super Collagen Protein Powder, Cinna Cereal
