What's collagen and why is it important?

Does Obvi use any sweeteners?
Obvi uses micro doses of sucralose versus higher doses of other sweeteners such as stevia, or monk fruit to get the same delicious taste. Using higher doses of stevia and other sweeteners was not something we wanted to do as it purely defeats the purpose of alternative sweeteners, and the microdose of sucralose does the job.
How long does it take to see results from taking Obvi products?

However, we generally recommend using our products consistently for at least 30 days to begin seeing and feeling the benefits. What should I do to help my journey go faster?
When using our Burn Elite, it's important to increase your water intake, incorporate a healthy diet. One with lean proteins, fibrous fruits and vegetables and complex carbs. Being in a caloric deficiency and daily exercise will also help reach your goals!
Some see results as soon as 2 weeks and others 6-8 weeks. It all depends on consistency, how well your body adjusts and on your health habits. Also it's important to drink lots and lots of water! 😉

To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us at 1-888-910-8338 Weekdays 9AM-6PM EST or email us at hello@myobvi.com and have the following information available: (1) the product purchased, (2) reason for dissatisfaction, (3) place and date of purchase, (4) proof of purchase, and (5) pictures of your product. In certain instances, you may be asked to mail the unused portion of your product to My Obvi; if such request is made, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label. You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that in connection with administering our Guarantee, we reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. We may also amend or terminate our Guarantee at any time without notice. We process orders within 48 business hours. Domestic shipping takes 3-7 business days after processing.All sales are final for apparel, accessories, and gear from Obvi.
We accept returns for refunds or exchanges only for items damaged in transit!

International shipping takes 8-22 days, depending on the country.
