My health journey didn’t start because I wanted to fit into a smaller size or hit a certain number on the scale. It started after years of feeling like my body wasn’t my own anymore.
Long (& vulnerable) post alert — because this is the part of my story only a handful of people know.
The Hardest Season
Over the past several years, my husband and I walked through infertility, multiple rounds of fertility treatments, countless medications, and ultimately the heartbreak of a miscarriage. The medications brought major hormone fluctuations, weight gain, bloating, inflammation — constant changes that felt completely out of my control.
At the same time, we moved to Indiana — away from family, friends, our church, and the support system we’d built for years. Suddenly I was navigating grief and starting over in a new state, all at once, without the community I’d leaned on my whole life.
Doing Everything “Right” — and Nothing Working
Here’s the most frustrating part: I wasn’t living an unhealthy lifestyle. I was eating well. I was staying active. I was doing what anyone would call the “right” things.
And the scale would not budge. I felt trapped in a body that wasn’t responding to my efforts. Every failed attempt reinforced the same thought: maybe this is just how things are going to be.
I wanted my energy back. I wanted to feel confident in my own skin. Most of all, I wanted to feel like my body was working with me instead of against me.
The Decision
This year, I stopped chasing quick fixes and made one decision: support my body in a way I could actually sustain. That’s when I added Obvi to my routine.
For the first time in years, I started seeing progress.
The changes weren’t just on the scale. My cravings calmed down — especially at the times of day I’d normally reach for something sweet. I stayed consistent because my efforts were finally paying off. Instead of feeling defeated every morning, I felt encouraged to keep going.
The Batteries in My Scale Died — and I Never Replaced Them
Somewhere along the way, the batteries in my scale died. I never replaced them. Because when the scale didn’t move, I used to crumble — even after good weeks. I was taking the numbers too literally, and it was hurting me.
Now I track progress pictures, energy, and how I feel. And honestly? I haven’t seen results this noticeable in years.
What Obvi Actually Gave Me Back
Hope. After years of feeling stuck — the hormones, the medications, the grief, the starting over — I finally felt like I was moving forward again. Every small win reminded me of something I’d stopped believing: my body was never broken. It just needed support, consistency, and time.
My Entire Approach Today (No Gatekeeping)
- A workout plan I genuinely look forward to
- A diet I can actually stick with
- My Obvi routine — every single day
- Progress pictures — my scale still has no batteries
That’s it. No crash diets. No punishing routines. No quick fixes.

Questions I Get Every Day
Is this a diet or a challenge?
No. I’ve tried a million routines and hated them all. This is a workout I look forward to, a diet I don’t hate, and one daily routine I never skip. That’s the whole secret.
What if my body just doesn’t respond?
I believed that about mine for years — and I had real reasons to. What changed for me wasn’t a magic product. It was consistency I could actually keep, plus support. Your body isn’t broken either.
What exactly do you take?
My full daily routine is in the box above — that’s exactly what I use, nothing extra.
How fast will I see results?
I won’t promise you a timeline. For me, cravings and energy shifted first, and the visible changes followed with consistency. Results vary person to person.
If you feel stuck in a body that isn’t responding — I see you, because I was you. My journey is about healing after loss, rebuilding confidence, and proving that even after life’s hardest seasons, transformation is still possible. Start with one thing you won’t quit.
