Obvi Contest Terms & Conditions

Who Can Enter

1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be part of the Obvi Community on Facebook. To join, please visit www.myobvi.com/group

How to Enter

1. No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry allowed per member.
2. To enter, submit the form above.
3. By entering, entrants represent and warrant (i) that they own the picture or video submitted, and (ii) it does not violate the rights of any third parties.
4. The contest starts on 9/20/2020 12:00AM and all entries must be received by 9/27/2020 11:59PM EST.
5. Based on submissions, Five (5) winners will be selected by the Obvi Community Admins and Moderators. Submissions will be judged based on factors including but not limited to creativity, uniqueness, individuality. Etc.

Submissions

1. Obvi has the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video submitted to be used in and/or for any lawful promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits and submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration.
2. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or later discovered.
3. Entrants waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which my likeness appears, including written or electronic copy.
4. Entrants agree to this release without being compensated.
5. Entrants waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of any photography and video content.

The Prize

1. Five (5) winners will be selected. Those winners will receive 5 flavors of Obvi’s Super Collagen Protein Powder (of their choice), 1 Superfoods Pink Lemonade, 1 Collagenic Burn, and 1 Obvi Teal Shaker Cup.
2. Each winner will be notified by email as well as in the Obvi Community Facebook Group. Before claiming the prize, the winner must provide his/her correct name, address and telephone number to Obvi at the time of notification.
3. If a winner cannot be notified within fourteen (14) days, then the prize will be forfeited, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner randomly selected from among remaining valid entries.
4. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for any prize.
5. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that Obvi has the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
